Having submitted Our Voice, Our Rights in October 2014, FLAC has continued to coordinate and gather information on economic, social and cultural rights in the country from civil society so as to have the most accurate information and evidence possible ahead of the examination. The dates for the state's examination have been tentatively set for 8-9 June 2015.
Civil society organisations can send relevant information directly to us at icescr@flac.ie to highlight any new economic, social or cultural rights concern that has came to light since October 2014, any updated information available on an issue contained in the Parallel Report or any information relating to a question in the UN's List of Issues document. Using this information, FLAC will be submitting an up-to-date report on behalf of Irish civil society to the Committee on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights before June 2015.
